Forgotten purchase never recieved
I made a purchase back in 2021 that never got shipped out so I never received it. And the ebay chatbot is no help.
I contacted the seller but I doubt I'll hear anything back. Is there anything I can do?

It is much too late for eBay to help - you must file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
It is also probably much too late for your card issuer to help although you can ask. Most card offer buyer protection of about 6 months. I have heard of 12 months, but I have never heard of 3 years.
