Forgot to add insurance
I made a purchase the other day and i forgot to add insurance. I went to the AllState website that asked for the 12 digit eBay order number and it says not found. I made the purchase 3/18/23

It is up to the seller whether or not to pay for insurance. They are responsible for getting the item to the buyer in the condition it was described.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee is all a buyer needs.
Does the item show in your purchase history?
What does allstate have to do with this, though?
