Forgot an item in a shipment to buyer
My buyer ordered two items from me, but I only sent one item by mistake. Ebay will not let me create another label to send the missing item. What do I do?

You can create an additional label on a sold transaction, I have done it myself. Go to this page and use the drop down menu on the left and select Print another label NOT Reprint label. Track and manage your shipments
If for some strange reason that does not work you can buy a label at the Post office and ship the item to the customer.
