Forged coin
I bought an American Silver Eagle that was fake. Issued return request with seller and they denied.
Ebay acknowledged that it was fraudulent and deleted the listing, but did not issue a refund.
How do I get my money back?

Mentor4 months agoYou needed to open an "Item not as described" case and not a return request. Sellers cannot deny the not as described case. So you should go to your payment source and ask for a charge back.

If you filed a "not as described" return, the seller does not have the option to deny the return. The seller can only choose to refund with or without a return.
