Forever stamps

Question

I bought forever stamps on Ebay. I took them to 3 post offices to verify - unhelpful, told to call the Postal Inspection Service. I did and was informed all stamps sold below market value is mail fraud. Tried to call Ebay at 11:30 AM and was told it was outside business hours and the AI hung up on me. I want my money back. Any suggestions?

I had called that Ebay number and I got an AI that said they couldn't connect me because I needed to call back within regular business hours. It was 11:30 AM in Michigan.

I tried to file as you suggested but I cannot get photos into the form. I tried everything I know how to do.

If the stamps were delivered 30 days or less ago, you would be covered under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. You would need to open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay to start the refund process.

If the stamps were delivered more than 30 days ago, your option would be to file a chargeback with your payment company.

In the meantime, eBay no longer has a phone number to call in. Any phone numbers shown on Google, etc are not valid.
