Foreign Bidders
I excluded all foreign bidders from my auction, 207 countries I think, yet bidders from |Nigeria & Zambia were still able to make bids. What have I done wrong. Africa - it said all countries

This is volunteer help on eBay.com the US site. The UK site likes to send us visitors.
Have you set up your buyer requirements in account settings?
Click this link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/buyerrequirements Then block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.
Also block buyers in locations you do not ship to. This will keep buyers in locations that you do not ship to from bidding and wasting your time since they can not pay.

And I have blocked all the categories you mentioned and also excluded the global shipping program
Fortunately, those bidders didn't win
