Foreign address difficulties
I have purchased an item from China, (I think) and need to return it. The return address includes handwritten characters that I can not make, and the address itself does not make sense, (example:
Xinhua Street, Guantao County opposite the State Taxation Bureau Handan æ²³åŒ—çœ 057750). I have asked the seller for another address, explaining that I can not draw the symbols in the address. Seller has not replied. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you.
