forced to return items per new policy
I don't understand how I can be forced to accept returns on car parts. This is so wrong!! I sell new unused parts and if I'm forced to accept returns to electrical items, I cannot verify that the part wasn't installed and damaged by someones broken vehicle. I am not a test part center. When a customer misdiagnosed the vehicle they will send a used part back to me. Who is going to pay for my loss? This policy is WRONG!!!!
I am offering parts at a reduced price and I should have the option to list the parts with a no return policy!!!!
I am beyond disappointed with Ebay!!! They are suppose to have my back as a seller and they don't !!

Keep in mind that your previous no returns policy did not mean no refunds. A buyer can SAY that the item is not as described and you'd have to issue a return shipping label and refund 100%. Your no returns policy was for buyers remorse returns only.
Whether or not you have to pay any of the return shipping costs depends on the REASON the buyer chooses when they file the return request.
The 50% reduction in eBay return labels applies only when a buyer changes their mind after purchasing an item and wants to return it.
If a buyer wishes to return an item because it doesn’t fit their vehicle, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping under eBay Guaranteed Fit.
If the buyer reports that the item arrived damaged or doesn’t match the listing description, the seller is responsible for the full cost of the return label. This is the same as the policy has always been.
