Forced to refund a product I did not get back
OK so the buyer obviously bought something and then attempted to return it for some reason problem is you didn't put an address on there. So the item made it back to the city and the state but then got returned back to him and eBay marked it as it had been returned this is not correct no I'm on a time clock to inspect an item that I don't have and offer a return without even receiving the item back I contacted eBay about it nothing has been done to update or correct this clock it's all automated I suppose so these little glitches that happen in the system it's not really a little glitch the guy just apparently doesn't know how to use the mail I talked to him about it he said they gave me a QR code I don't even know how to know what send it without having an address nonetheless since I'm the seller apparently it doesn't matter what happens I'm liable for any kind of mistakes or whatever that happened along the way even though I don't have the product I'm supposed to get this refund back and I'm pretty sure that the product has either been switched out or burnt and no longer works but was not in that condition when I sent it out although I don't know 'cause I still don't have a product and I'm being forced to give a refund to this person even though the product was not returned to me it's been marked on eBay as it has and I told them that it does not have it is not in my hand it seems to be falling on deaf ears anybody got any suggestions
