forced to accept a return as the Seller

Really, what difference did it make regarding the position eBay took representing me as the Seller. eBay brokered a deal where my item was tampered with as noted after eBay left us the Seller to represent ourselves vs the financial institution of the Buyer. Really what kind of policies are in place to represent the Seller when a Buyer can use and return an item well beyond the reasonable contact and return of a Sellers item.
I have lost money because eBay did not represent me. Horrible!
They the eBay support staff lied and knowingly bailed on us the Seller, sticking us with taking back an item that the Buyer clearly used and damaged, The gutless tactics that eBay used to screw us the Seller by not standing behind us against a Buyer that used a financial institution who supported the Buyer and was able to demand we the Seller item back, well beyond the return period enforced by eBay. My item was corrupted as it was modified by the Buyer.
Sickening. Horrible. Terrible.
