forced international shipping
Many of my auctions closed before I noticed that eBay had changed my listings to international shipping without my knowledge. I opted out of it but now ebay won't let me invoice those that closed but insists that I honor those auctions. On line help just goes in circles and is zero help. They have promised to call four times but never do. What can I do?

Mentor1 month agoIf you are opted into the ebay International Shipping, you do not invoice the buyer. ebay will invoice the buyer, since you do not know the international shipping price nor the customs fees.

Mentor1 month agoWhat address are you expected to ship the item to? If in the USA you will be using the eBay International Shipping program to ship your item. You ship the item to the shipping hub and then the hub ships to the buyer. You are only responsible for the item until it reaches the hub. This is the safest way to ship Internationally.
