For some reason, my account is restricted.
I cannot sell anything on my account because I’m apparently in a restricted status. But when I try to find out why, it tells me go to Messages. There’s nothing in Messages. I have checked each message many times in there seriously nothing that looks like anything that would need action or that would justify suspending my account. I have not had any bad reviews. I have not had any, well, anything that would do this. Only one thing, I had some outstanding charities I needed to donate to as a result of donating 10% of some sales to charities. These were due for a while, and I did not know until I saw the message, I paid them a couple days ago and reached out to eBay donations and was told that this was not the reason why my account is restricted. I’m wondering why it is and if I can even get unrestricted if I don’t even know why I am in the first place. Thank you.
