I sold an item and it was returned to me the next day by USPS for having insufficient shipping coverage/funds. What do I do? Do I cancel the order / refund the seller / relist it? Feel like I'm losing out on any funds by doing that. Is there an easier way? My home scale must be broken. Want to go about this the best way for the buyer but also not get drained financially by having to pay their original shipping cost. Thanks in advance!
