For returns, after I type in the message and add photos, the CONFIRM RETURN button doesn’t turn blue
For returns, I went in to purchases and selected to return an item because it was the wrong item and THE SELLER does ACCEPT & PAYS for returns.
I tried a few different things. I typed in my message and added photos & I also tried without photos, BUT no matter what I try the CONFIRM RETURN button doesn’t light up in its blue color. Why would this be? And, what can I do to get the grey CONFIRM RETURN button to turn blue so I can press on it?

Mentor2 years agoTry using a different browser to rule out a browser issue.
If you are unable to add a photo or get the confirmation button to activate, contact eBay using the Help & Contact link. Use the "Contact us" link on that page, then go through the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America by typing "agent" into the chat window and answering a couple of questions to get the right department. Customer service should be able to open the case for you.
