for return items

Question

Hi, I got an items yesterday, its not a big money around $20, the main point is i got an items and go to install them to my bathroom, but, unlucky, 3 bulbs not light up, i contact seller they request me ship back and get refund. you know, that maybe over my purchased money if i ship them back, i dont know how to do that, and, i know the ebay system policy, the seller should send me a shipping label to return item, should be and not sure. they also request me send a video how to tested, I did

File a Return Request:

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. "defective" Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
