For return, can only generate QR code but not paper shipping copy
The seller agreed to a return and so a return label is available: But only the QR code, which means I have to actually drive to a post office so they can print the label. The option to print a paper copy of the shipping label is "grayed out" and clicking on it goes nowhere. But I can click on the QR generating option. But I don't want that. What to do?

Mentor2 years agoTry clearing your browser's cache and try the link again.
Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.

OP2 years agoThanks. There is no "see label" option. How do you call Ebay? Do they answer?
