My package did not came still and i opened case for the moneyBack today is 4 Jan that your customer service told me wait until 4 Jan but no answer and no Ä°tem and no money!

The seller has 3 business days to respond. Go to your case. If you see 'ask us to step in', click there. If you don't see it yet, then wait until tomorrow and see if it is there. Perhaps customer service forgot to not count Jan 1.
