For an APO address, no QR code on label so I needed to buy new USPS label--seeking a label refund
For first time shipping to an APO, AE address, I filled out (on eBay) the requested customs form and requested the label be emailed to me, knowing I would go to USPS the next day to scan the code and mail it. When I arrived at USPS, my QR code was not on the email and the email directed me to hit the button "reprint" to access the label. When I did, it showed a full label with customs info but no QR code. In the end I needed to buy a new label at USPS and ship my package with it. I will replace the tracking number that eBay is using (for the previous label that I wasn't able to access) but can I get a refund for that unused label?
