·1 year agoRight now there are two states that charge this fee Minnesota & Colorado.
The type of purchase makes no difference.

Sellers are NOT allowed to add on any fees that aren’t shown in the listing when the buyer purchases the item.
I don’t understand what ‘food delivery’ has to do with model car parts. What is the Item Number of the listing?
