Following a sellers page
How can I follow a seller on EBay? Lets say I want to see what a specific friend or seller has for sale on their page, can I follow that seller?

If you know the seller's username you can use that to search for the seller's items for sale on the Advanced Search page in the Seller section.

If you know the store name, there is a separate link to search by store name or keyword:

Once you get to the seller's store or items for sale page, there should be a link to "save this seller".
