For privacy reasons, you cannot see who is following you.
Presumably, that decision was made to prevent sellers from sending spam or making contact to take sales off eBay. I expect most buyers would not follow a seller if they thought the seller could see their ID. Remember too that some of your followers may be your competitors. (All of this applies to watchers as well.)
