The short answer is that you can't.
The long answer is that up until a few years ago you could but then eBay took that away from Sellers citing "security" reasons ... for myself I don't buy that reason because the choice to Follow a Seller or not is just that, it is a choice and if eBay thought there was some kind of a security issue they could post one of those red banner caution warnings BEFORE a member completed the Follow choice.
