Mentor3 years agoYou can check with the state's revenue department, but I think you may find they are taxable if not sold or prescribed by a "licensed practitioner".

OP3 years agoAmazon does not charge sales tax but you may be right. The state site I went to, passed it off without an answer. Thanks

·3 years agoIt's not the seller that manages sales tax.
Based on the location of delivery, eBay charges the buyer for the sales tax and pays it to the State the item is shipped to.
