fleeced?enay ai? seller?Help
i paid for a record player on the 6th aug, 3 days later i get a notice of seller request for a refund ? i couldnt quite under stand so i sent message to seller. i get a long message two days later saying he broke the player and he was going to cancel the transaction and i should request a refund, now im getting confused. when i go an try to start " never recieved item" its not there ss an option, the sellers request wont be finalized till the 14th aug, so i wait,seller has never shipped the item, ive never recieved the item but now after 14th im still, some how , not close to seeing my cash, now 12 days since payment and im hanging on this sellers responce for my $100 ,he never shipped the player, apparently now he has both the player and the cash .
and i get prompts on how to return item for refund!
he never shipped , no tracking ever issued, no response to any messages ive sent since last saturday. this is upside down backwards handling of a buyer.

When the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours, you can file a Refund Request:
