flat shipping fee for combined shipping not working
Store 2+ years old and had all my shipping rules & discounts set up to charge 1 flat shipping fee for multiple items when using the cart function. Has always worked until this month when it started charging shipping fees for each item even when adding them to cart first then checking out. Looked back over my preferences and they are the same. What changed? Can't seem to find a way to get it back to how I set it up.
