flat rate shipping

Question

My store was set up for flat rate shipping. No problem. $5 for every order no matter how many items. I changed, Bulk edit, all my items to $6 shipping. Now i lost my flat rate shipping. Charges every item $6. I went through the shipping part and changed everything it said. Subtract $6 from every extra item . Only charge maximum of $6. But still charging every item $6. Very frustrating?

I agree with @disneyshopper that business policies are the way to go.

It appears you have fixed the problem now. I put 3 items in my cart and shipping was only $6.
