Flase Listing
How do you report a seller for false listings. I have purchased twice from a seller who's listing stated the item was lcated in LA, California. Yet both items were shipped from New Jersey.

If a seller repeatedly lists items as "Located in LA, California" but ships them from New Jersey (or elsewhere), it can be considered a misleading listing practice, and eBay does take that seriously.
Here’s what you can do:
1. Report the Listing Directly
Go to the listing page.
Scroll down, and click "Report this item" (under the description or near the shipping info).
Choose the category:
"Listing practices"
Then "Misleading location of item"
This flags the listing for eBay to review.
2. Leave Accurate Feedback
In your feedback, you can mention that the item was not shipped from the stated location.
That way, future buyers are warned, and the seller is held accountable publicly.
3. Contact eBay if it affects delivery time
If this false location caused a shipping delay or affected your purchase experience, you can message eBay directly through Help → Contact Us and reference both order numbers.
They may take additional action if there’s a pattern of abuse.
Why it matters: Shipping location can affect:
Estimated delivery dates
Sales tax
Buyer trust
Buyer decision-making
Sellers are required by eBay to accurately represent the item’s shipping location.
