Fixing below standard rating.
I am a low volume seller who has been warned for 3 months in a row that action will be taken if my service metrics don't improve. All but two of the issues happened more than a year ago, but they keep using those like I'm supposed to fix them somehow. I sell an average of 40 items every 90 days. One eBay "expert" told me I need to sell more volume. Sorry, I'm satisfied with my current business and volumes. A few days ago I decided to call and talk to a real live person. Of course they never called back.
I'm retired on a fixed income besides my small ebay store. I've been a seller here for 24 years and have 100% positive feedback. That doesn't appear to count for anything.
Any ideas from some of you would be very welcomed.
