Fixed price listing use incorrect

My basic store account states I have used 991 of my 1000 free listings for the month of March, I consistently average between 800 - 850 fixed price listing per month. How do I get this reviewed and corrected? Please advise

I think you would have to identify at least one specific error for customer service to be able to submit a tech support request. eBay is generally very good at counting insertions.

If you click on the 991, you will see a list of the item #s. The first thing I would do is copy the list to a spreadsheet and sort it by item # - make sure there are no duplicates. If that doesn’t ID a problem, you’ll want to match the list against your active and ended items. You can run a report of active items here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/downloads

Once you can describe the problem with a specific example, ask customer service to submit a tech support request to find the problem.
