Fixed Final Value Fee: ebay Is Nickel-and-Diming Us Again

I normally don't check my fees, but just happened to look today.

As if raising the final value fee to 13.25% (15% for jewelry) weren't enough, now ebay is nickel-and-diming us by raising the "fixed final value fee" from $0.30 to $0.40 per transaction. This company sure is a piece of work!

I try to keep my prices low and competitive, but ebay certainly makes it difficult.

Thanks for contributing to inflation, ebay! I guess $2.78 billion in profit last year wasn't enough for you. :-{

eBay announced this $.10 increase in their Winter Seller Update. The new rate applies to transactions that are $10 and above.
