Fitbit vendor
I bid on a Fitbit Alta (Not the HR) as displayed on eBay but never heard whether my bid was accepted. I then bought (buy it now) another Alta HR from a reputable vendor and received that on 3/27/2024. That did not work and I sent it back for a refund. Then on 3/28, the Alta that i originally bid on, arrived. That too did not work. However, when I went back on eBay, eBay has no record of that transaction. The return address on the box shipped to me from Hanceville, Alabama was from Tina Roberts. I have no way to contact that vendor and don't know how to report what must have been a scam. I don't see anything on eBay sold by a Tina Roberts and can't contact eBay to tell them I suspect fraud. I* put a dispute on the credit card charge and it is being investigated.
Anyone have any ideas?
