Fish died after an hour of buyer putting it in their fish tank
one if my buyers claimed the fish died after an hour of them putting it in their fish tank and only 1 survived. I asked for a photo but they didn’t respond. Since the fish arrived alive it’s likely they didn’t acclimatise them correctly or their water conditions were not correct. After selling hundreds of fish this is the first time it’s happened.
They started a claimed against me stating the item is not as described. Can ebay force me to refund?
