Could ship together in listing. The 4th item was too expensive for ESE but buyer paid $1.00. Can I send my own invoice putting 3 together and shipping the last first class or media?

If the items are already paid, play around with your options on the label page, as eBay will likely group them for a single label. Shipping all together in a "first class package" would be little over $4 for 5 to 8 ounces and would have more reliable tracking than eBays standard envelope.
