First time using (Ebay Stand Envelope) Service, Buyer is saying he never recieved it.
So i dropped off the Envelope 12 days ago, post office sent it back saying to thick, non-machinable.
So I made it smaller, Brought it in. Post office lady said good to go.
today the buyer opened a request saying he never received it. I checked ebay tracking which was like: ESUS8358235 however nothing has updated in the past 12 days.
Called 800-usps, spent 52 minutes on the phone to be told thats not a USPS tracking number i cant help you.
went back to the post office and asked, she said it got sent. But we only track with USPS 12 digit numbers, this "ESUS" ebay tracking number, we dont use that here.
So now im confused i thought ebay standard envelope came with tracking since it says TRK# ESUS834250235 for example. near the top left.
