first time shipping an exercise machine and a surfboard to seperate buyers. okay they sold now what?
I really need help. cant find any help online. sold since December. im stuck on how the heck to ship these items. I dont have any sales experience I dont know how or where to begin to prepare these items to ship them or how to ship them to buyer. Idk what to do. should I cancel and refund. I really dont know what to do. Help!!

Mentor8 months agoThe surfboard you have listed now needs to be ended and fixed before you sell it.
You show shipping for USPS ground advantage and it would charge me $4.87 to ship to my location.
That is impossible and it may cost more to ship than you are charging for the board.

·8 months agoSomething that large can’t be shipped through the standard carriers, it has to be shipped freight, which is complicated and expensive. I did that once, years ago, and I would never, ever do it again.
Something that large needs to be listed as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Then the buyer meets you, picks up the item, shows you a QR code eBay provides them, and you scan it to prove to Ebay that the item was picked up.

Do a google search on shipping by freight. Are the items packaged up and ready to go?
At this point, I would recommend you refund the buyers.
Then research shipping by Freight and figure out what you need to do, how to package and how you will charge the buyer for the shipping.
The buyers should not have to wait for you to figure it out.
