I posted an Italian Figurine, Princilla 0690c, days ago. On Auction.
I received an email today that the item was sold.
Is this the way Auction works?
How do I know the email came from Ebay?
How do I know that it describes facts?
How do I know that I will ever see any money?
How do I know that the buyer will not return
any similar damaged item and keep my
undamaged one?

·2 years agoYou didn't list the item as an auction, it was a fixed price and sold for $1.00.
Yes, when an item sells, Ebay will send you an email letting you know it sold.
As far as the money, by the time shipping is paid and the fee's, there won't be any money left on that order.
When we sell online, we all take a chance of the buyer returning an item and sometimes they do send back a different item and when they do, they still get a full refund.
