First time selling on eBay
As a first time seller when I selected to purchase shipping label to be ship my item I did this in a duplicate manner so instead of being charged once @ $5.91 for shipping label I was charged twice, which is deducted out of my monies earned for the sale. How or would I be able to get a refund back for the $5.91 for duplicate shipping label selected in error? Also my item has been paid for and received by the buyer. I'm still awaiting payment hold to be lifted on 7/24

Mentor1 year agoNew sellers are subject to payment holds so you just have to wait. As for the label you did not use. Find the label in your seller hub in the Orders tab and click on the one you did not use. Then cancel the label. The carrier must see the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the carrier allows the refund and it will be available as a payout.
