First time selling and buyer is totally BSing because they have remorse
So I was selling a like new "New Nintendo 3DS XL". The buyer ended up asking me for extensive videos up close. Asking about scratches damages etc. my item is rare it was hardly used, all original, not refurbished... one tiny corner the paint wore a little off I hadn't noticed but it's shown in the videos he had me make him personally and send to him. Every corner every spot.... this item I've been told in the near perfect condition. And hardly used I should add. Will all original paint and electronics can be worth near 400 and he got it for 257. I was even going to send him the seven over 250 he bid bc I wanted him to be the winner, we had spoke at length. My funds were on hold until he received it and I said I would zelle him the difference when the hold was up. My item listing says I don't take returns unless it's not what I advertised. Am I forced to take a return now over a tiny corner of worn paint on a 10 year old handheld game console in otherwise mint condition? I was counting on this money to pay my rent. I'm so upset. I also paid extra to have the insurance bumped up to 250 would he have to do the same sending it back? eBay basically made it seem like if I don't accept the return they will make me and I have to pay sellers fees

Mentor2 years ago@aliciag1231If the buyer filed a Return Request due to "item not as described", you will need to approve the return, prove a prepaid return shipping label and refund after you receive the returned item.
