First time seller - why my account was banned?
I am a first time seller. Trying to sell a genuine item of mine on ebay. They banned my account because they (ebay) wanted a receipt for the item. I provided my receipt and they wanted to see a bank statement that matches my purchase. I purchased the item 5 years ago with a credit card and do not have a relationship with the bank anymore. I told ebay all this. They still banned my account. This is so unfair and frustrating. I hate ebay. Does anyone else know of a different platform I can sell on my used item.
