Hi everyone, I’m a first-time eBay seller and I need some advice. I just sold my first item and didn’t know I was supposed to weigh the package and measure the final box before listing it. The actual shipping cost is now much higher than what eBay estimated, and I don’t want to pay the extra shipping cost out of pocket. What are my options? Should I cancel the order? If so, how can I cancel it? I can’t seem to find clear instructions on eBay. I’d really appreciate any advice from experienced sellers. Thank you! I’m really sad and frustrated because when I signed in to sell any information about the delivery process was provided and once again is my first time selling anything on line

pay for the shipping and ship as promised.
Cancel the order.
There are risks for both. Lose money or risk bad feedback and a bad defect from eBay.
