First return through ebay need help
I bought some shoes and they are different sizes.
Now when the seller contacts me through the ebay email portal, he is asking for my personal email address to email the shipping label to .
I dont know if this is a scam or how to get ebay to help me out.

OP3 years agoHe posted a picture of the return label should I use that ?

·3 years agoIf you opened a return through Ebay, yes, you can print it and use it and make sure the tracking number is uploaded to the case.
If you haven't opened a return through Ebay, you'll have to rely on the seller being honest and refunding once they are returned.

·3 years agoThey can send you a return shipping label to your email address, which is fine, but it's better for you to go through Ebay.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
