First listing
Ok, I created a listing, but my limit is 0. I set up a new account, but how do I publish my first listing. I requested a higher limit, but it just leads me in a help desk circle. Please help.

Make sure the name on your ebay account matches exactly to the name on your checking account.
Make sure your registered address is a physical location, and not a P.O. box. You can change it later.
