First item I ever sold & shipped has been at the buyer's post office for more than a week - help!
Buyer bought it, I shipped it, and then - nothing! Tracking says it's sitting at his post office (was his address bad? I don't know) I've sent him two unanswered messages. On my first attempt I saw a message his account was no longer active, but that changed and I was able to message him.
I have no idea how to contact eBay customer service (does it even exist?) because everything appears to hinge on the buyer actively claiming something - INAD, etc. In my case the buyer seems dead and will not be claiming anything! I did my part and want to be paid (it's only $10) - what do I do?
Thanks for any help provided to this newbie!

-Don't panic, remain calm
-The Buyer may have gone on vacation and filled out a form at the Post Office to HOLD their mail while away.
-Check tracking again, if it is being held at the Post Office eBay views that as an attempted delivery
-You can check the transaction details AND the address to see if they use a PO box instead of a street address
-As a new Seller your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days and you can read about that here: Payments on hold | eBay
-For now just wait, you have done all you can and you can stop messaging the customer
