First Class Rates for 12" x 12" x1" mailers do I use my own or does USPS offer the mailer
Is this any mailer that I purchase or do I need to get them from USPS?

Mentor2 years agoYou can use your own mailer. The only free ones are for priority or express mail.
With those dimensions it sounds like you may be referring to the old first class package service. This doesn't exist anymore and it would fall under what is now called ground advantage.
