First Class Lg Envelope Shipping costs
When setting up a listing, I have the option to ship items in a First Class Large Envelope. The item qualifies for the criteria. However, when I go to print the label, that option isn't available. What's going on with that?? I then have to pay Ground Advantage.

eBay allows you to choose USPS First Class Envelopes as a shipping option on your listings however, you can not purchase shipping for First Class letters and flats (AKA Large envelopes ) on eBay, all first class postage must be purchased at a post office location.

OP1 week agoNot true. You can print a label for First Class as I have done it before, but you cannot for the Large envelope option. I just talked to eBay and they agree that there is a conflict. They are looking into it.

OP1 week agoI'm not trying to be difficult but that's not true. I have done it on eBay. As I said, I just spoke with an agent and he agreed that there is a conflict with the large envelope option and he's looking into it.

Let us know what the agent says when they get back to you.
On eBay, you can only purchase and print tracked methods.
✓ First Class letters and flats (AKA Large envelopes) are not tracked and so eBay doesn't sell postage for them. You may be able to buy with another service, but not eBay.
