First case opened
A buyer opened a case on an expensive leather jacket that they purchased from me and have had for 3 weeks. They said that the seam under the arm tore and sent photo. This is my first case I have had and don't know how eBay will handle it. The buyer never contacted me and I don't accept returns and wouldn't anyway since I'm sure she wore it. The jacket went to eBay for authorization before the buyer received it. Since she has worn it , what outcome should I expect? Thanks for your input sellers.
