Firman generator which did not work, refurb, and now they wont proceed with a return
02-28 I paid for a firman refurbished generator which did not work on propane, as designed. They agreed to replace my propane solenoid but instead of doing so promplty began assigning me case number and asking me to wait for the next representative and then...So I am returning the item.. I need a working generator NOW. Not in another month.
Now Ebay promised me a return label on 03-14 and when it did not appear I called and was informed that the return is on "Hold" until 03-19 for further...whatever. And at that point what then? I no longer trust Ebay and want to both share and inquire about solutions.
