finishing a return as a guest
Hello
We bought an item as a guest.
Now we nee to return it as it was bought incorrectly.
Now we have a shipping label from the seller but now when we click on the link it asks us to log in and we log in and there is nothing in our purchases as we bought it as a guest. Please help.

Mentor2 years agoTo print the shipping label you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email to print the guest label.
