finds on hold but has been received by buyer
I recent made a sell and the buyer asked to combine shipment. I did and used the same tracking number. I have received two of the three payments from the buyer but the third is on hold because it says it has not been received. The buyer has already left feedback saying that it was a positive sale. AI chat has been totally useless. The buyer can’t even mark it as received.

OP6 days agoI used the same tracking number for the combined shipping box.

OP6 days agoIt’s to late. I had already shipped the items. Two of the three have had the funds released to me.

Did you add the tracking number to the additional items you combined and shipped?
Check your Seller Dashboard to see if you received a late shipping defect if one of the items does not have a tracking number on it: Seller Dashboard | eBay
Without delivery confirmation provided by the tracking number your funds may be on hold for up to 31 days.
You can also Combine as follows (I have been doing i this way for years and it automatically uploads tracking all combined items):
You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package. Use the drop-down menu on the left side of the item(s) and scroll down to Send refund, click that and complete the multi-page refund process.
