Finding your total sales for taxes?
I'm trying to find out the total sales of the year for my mom and I can generate a report, but it's just a bunch of gibberish. Is there anyway I can just see a total? I was able to do that this year, but it seems like ebay likes fiddling with things that aren't broken so now I can't find what should be something that should only take a couple mouse clicks.

The report is a spreadsheet, so you can add totals.

Mentor3 years agoThat is the best and most accurate report to use, if you did not keep your own records or set up ebay to send you monthly reports already totaled for you.
You only need to sort by the appropriate column and subtotal to get the totals you need. If you are not familiar with a spread sheet, any accountant or tax professional would be. Otherwise read up on the basics of how it works, as you only need to use a couple functions to extract the information you need.

OP3 years agoI got it. I was trying to use Open Office, which apparently isn't as good as is touted. I used Google and was able to open it.
